At this time, we do not allow ANY returns for refunds. We will accept exchanges for hair extensions only.  You may exchange them within 10 days of receiving your order. Exchanges will only be accepted on extensions in original packaging and MUST NOT be used or altered in anyway. This includes, but is not limited to, the hair being brushed out, combed, picked, plucked, cut, curled, straightened, processed or dyed. We WILL NOT accept hair that the wefts have been cut, split or chemically altered. Any exchange request received after 10 days from delivery of order will not be received. You are also responsible for any return shipping cost.

Once your order has been placed and payment processed, your product will be shipped immediately to be received within 3-5 business days.  You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number via email once your product is shipped.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, your local courier might be experiencing additional delays.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
